INBio inaugurates its new webpage

INBio launched on May 28 the new face of its webpage, with a more interactive interface that presents all the information we have on biodiversity, making it available for the entire world free of charge. It includes our new site: bioexplorador, a tool that allows everyone to record their findings in nature, meet other nature lovers, and learn about the natural world.

The site encourages the contribution of a wide variety of nature lovers, form scientists and researchers to nature enthusiasts and the public in general. This tool is thought to broaden the environmental awareness of our communities and promoting a greater curiosity and interest of our natural surroundings.

You can check out our site at: This initiative was made possible thanks to the financial support of the National Science and Technology Council (CONICIT) and to the open software developed by iNaturalist, who allowed us to develop Bioexplorador.
