Registration Cancellation Policy

Delegates who find themselves unable to attend the Congress after submitting a registration form and payment are most welcome to nominate a substitute. Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received prior to 08 JUNE 2010 will attract an USD$150 administration fee. No refund of registration fees will be possible for cancellations received after 08 JUNE 2010. Refunds will be issued after the Congress. Please note cancellations may also result in loss of your accommodation deposit depending on the hotel policy.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

 

IMPORTANT:  

  • Any information you provide to INBIO will be treated with extreme caution and confidentiality and will not be used without your approval.
  • Hotel taxes are based on a 16.39 % per room per night. Estimated taxes include applicable local taxes and governmental fees as estimated by the hotels.
  • There is a Credit Card required for this reservation.
  • All payments must be in US Dollars.
  • Individual or group reservations are made only through the INBio.  To apply for congress rates, and must be prepaid in full with a credit card, according to requested dates, hotel & price.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS:

  • Changes or Cancellations of individual reservations can be made TWO WEEKS BEFORE arrival without penalty. TWO WEEKS BEFORE the arrival date all changes will be subject to availability and depending on hotels policy.
  • Cancellations of room reservations will be accepted only by sending a note with your request by fax directly to Hazel Ramirez.  Fax # (506) 2507-8274.  When canceling your room reservation a cancellation notice will be sent to you.
  • For NO SHOW you will be charged the amount of the first night of your hotel choice.
